Today Gregg acts as Director of Property Management and supervises day to day activities in the Property Management Division of the company. In addition to his responsibilities in the Property Management Division, Gregg is the General Manager of Commercial Northwest and oversees the operations of the Company. Gregg has his Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Finance from Albertson College of Idaho and also holds the AHM (Assisted Housing Manager) certification for management of HUD Subsidized Multifamily Housing.  | Gene Price - Resident Manager and Maintenance Coordinator Gene Price joined Commercial Northwest Property Management Company in 2009 with a background in construction management. Gene is the on-site Resident Manager for a 45 unit apartment building. He also manages and coordinates all maintenance for multi-family communities without on-site managers and single-family homes. Gene is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business. Prior to joining the Commercial Northwest team; he was a project manager, estimator, and bookkeeper of a large luxury homebuilder.  | Russ Plank - Roving Maintenance Technician Russ Plank joined the Commercial Northwest Property Management team in 2009 as a Roving Maintenance Technician for Commercial Northwest Property Management. Russ’s ability to accurately diagnosis and correct a wide range of maintenance issues and his years of experience in the field help provide quick and efficient turns and repairs for our clients. Russ was the maintenance supervisor for over 4,600 units while living in Los Angeles, worked for twelve years as sheet metal technician for an architecture firm, and was employed as an apartment manager for 560 units where he began his employment at the age of 19 as the grounds manager. He considers himself a “jack of all trades” and excels in all areas of property repairs and preventative maintenance. Russ spends his free-time with his wife, three children, and four grandchildren exploring the great outdoors. He is an avid fisherman and shares his love for hiking with his family and friends.
