Ernie heads Commercial Northwest Property Management Division. With over twenty-five years experience in residential, investment and commercial real estate dealings, he brings first hand prospective to the needs of property owners. Ernie’s hands on experience began when he owned and operated an apartment community in Marysville, California. Ernie lived on-site for 9-months as he worked intimately with the resident manager, maintenance staff and sub-contractors to redevelop the project into a viable asset. Later, Ernie owned operated, leased and eventually sold a 40,000 square foot office building to Alameda County over the course of 9 months. Ernie and the Commercial Northwest Property Management team supervised the $1,000,000 renovation project at the 130 unit Cambridge & Dorchester Apartments. Ernie currently supervises all aspects of property management at Commercial Northwest and successfully manages over 600 units and nearly 40,000 square feet of office space in the Treasure Valley.

Ernie is a multi-talented hands-on property professional with an extensive management background. His diverse experience includes management in the wholesale, retail, and manufacturing industries, having been employed by such companies as Levi Strauss, Jantzen Sportswear and Munsingwear. Prior to moving to Boise in 1995, he and his wife Nancy owned and operated Kids World, a 10,000 square foot family entertainment center in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to developing the concept of the center, he oversaw the layout, design, space allocations, and building bids for the facility.

Opting for a change in the quality of life, Ernie and his family moved to Boise in 1995.
