Gregg Davis began with Commercial Northwest in 2002. He began as intern in cooperation with Albertson College of Idaho. Gregg has learned the intricate workings of the commercial real estate and property management industry from the ground up. Gregg has achieved the AHM (Assisted Housing Manager) certification. The AHM certification demonstrates his proficiency in management of HUD Subsidized Multifamily Housing and his commitment to a lifetime of learning.
In 2005 Gregg transitioned to the Brokerage Division. In January 2006 Gregg obtained his real estate salesperson's license. In 2010 Gregg was promoted to Director of Property Management where he now serves the company through daily supervision of the operations in the Property Management Division of Commercial Northwest. Gregg also holds the position of General Manager of Commercial Northwest. He supervises the operations of the company.
Gregg has devoted over 9 years to learning the real estate market in the Treasure Valley. He began as a real estate investor, flipping houses in 2000. As his interest in real estate and property management were peaked by the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, Gregg started with Commercial Northwest where he has made it his personal goal to learn as much as possible about every aspect of real estate and property management.
As a member of the Commercial Northwest team, Gregg lends his experience to support the Commercial Northwest Property Management team in leasing, marketing, resident retention, expense reduction, budgeting, and fair housing.
Gregg received his BA in Business Management and Finance from Albertson College of Idaho (College of Idaho) in 2003. Prior to that Gregg graduated as Valedictorian from Payette High School
