Property Maintenance by CNW Maintenance, a division of Commercial Northwest CNW Maintenance, a division of Commercial Northwest started in 2005 to better service our clients' property maintenance needs and further extend the list of services provided by Commercial Northwest. We currently employ a full-time staff of roving as well as on-site maintenance personnel. Years of experience allow accurate diagnosis and proper repair of maintenance issues quickly and professionally the first time at rates that are more affordable than outside vendors.
