Shannon Allen joined Commercial Northwest Property Management in 2009 bringing a vast range of experience and an interest in incorporating marketing and advertising real estate in today’s virtual world. She quickly diversified her skills and is integrating email marketing, brand management, social media, and web design, to expand and create a strong web presence and competitive internet marketing campaign.

Shannon received her BA from the University of Arizona. For several years Shannon taught the 5th grade prior to relocating to Utah with her husband as he completed medical training. In Utah, Shannon worked as a flight attendant. She then found she had an interest in commercial and residential investing. Upon returning to Boise she worked in property management and customer service before joining the dynamic team at Commercial Northwest. Shannon is also a certified Notary and maintains her Idaho Real Estate Salesperson's license.

Shannon sits on the board of directors of The Friends of Historical Museum. She enjoys traveling abroad on medical relief trips, which have taken her to Mexico, Africa, and India. Shannon spends most of her time outdoors hiking, fishing, wakeboarding, rafting, and gardening with her husband and dog.
