Scott Strobel is the Property Manager/Leasing Agent of Commercial Northwest. Scott has proven himself to be an extremely effective member of the property management team. His intimate knowledge of the leasing environment in the Treasure Valley results in quick turnover and minimized down time between residents while obtaining maximum rents. Scott supervises management of all homeowners associations, single-family residences and apartments with fewer than 30 units.

Prior to joining the Commercial Northwest team in March of 2006, Scott provided accounting and sales services for Great Basin LLC and Wells Fargo Bank.

Scott received his BA from Northwest Nazarene University in 2001. While attending NNU, Scott was a captain of the soccer team and received the Harwood Award for being an outstanding student athlete. Scott graduated from Moscow High School in 1997 where his basketball team earned the title of State Champions.

Scott and his beautiful wife had their first baby in March 2006 and recently welcomed their second child. Scott is enjoying the adventures of being a dad.
